Did you know that there are over 600 different types of strawberries? Some rare ones are snow white and most of the others are red. Our freeze-dried strawberries are just as fresh and red, waiting for you crunchy and full of vitamins in a snack-ready, resealable packaging.

Did I read crispy? But yes, listen carefully: crrk crrk - that's the sound you experience when eating the buah freeze-dried strawberries: The loud crunch of our strawberry slices is fun with every bite and is rounded off by their fruity, intense, slightly sour taste.

Where does the crunch come from? Our fruits from controlled cultivation remain on the bush until they reach full ripeness. This means we only get adult and ripe berries in our bags. When freshly harvested, they are freeze-dried directly so that the valuable vitamins, minerals and the taste experience of the strawberries are retained - over several months. Fresh fruits, on the other hand, are, as you know, only edible for a few days.

Discover the crispy apple with cinnamon as...

• Topping on yogurt or muesli
• tempting ingredient in baking recipes
• sophisticated snack at any time of day

We probably don't need to introduce the apple. It's been with us for centuries, sweet, crunchy, and packed with vitamins and nutrients. But then there's cinnamon. Its scent alone evokes distant ports and sailing ships loading their precious cargo. Cinnamon used to be more valuable than gold. For a long time, merchants kept its country of origin secret, as the rare cinnamon trees only grew in Sri Lanka.

Today, it tastes simply fantastic, especially when combined with our crunchy organic apples: sweet fruit in harmony with aromatic spices, gently dried for a crisp, tender bite, yet free from additives or artificially added sugar. Because whether apple with or without cinnamon, buah always means 100% natural.
